I'M FED UP WITH POLITICS

This is my last post (for at least 2 or 3 months or more). Politics has become too corrupt for my taste. Jennifer Brunner (progressive Democrat) campaigned harder than any person I know (starting back in 2009). Lee Fisher (Democrat running against her in the primary) was absent on the scene for much of the time; yet, Lee won the Democratic Senatorial ticket yesterday. I'm done.
-
At this point I see no difference between the Democratic Party or the Republican Party.
-
I don't know if it's possible ... but if Jennifer could run as an Independent .... (please).

Update:
Well, readers ... Jennifer is supporting her party and won't run as an Independent. Oh, well ..
-
Though I'm not going to post for awhile, I will remain vigilant. To each and everyone of you politicians ... I'm watching you, and I'm reporting to my friends and club members, etc. exactly what you're up to. So be careful, ... be truthful, caring, and honest!
-
In the meantime, ... READ Alternet and the Huffington Post DAILY!!
-
Oh yeah ... and definitely read my favorites daily:

Update: 5/9 ... regarding post on RedState Blog:
Read something unflattering and just plain mean about JB on the RS blog. I wasn't able to post my comment there (geez ... wonder why?)
So here's my comment:
"I wanted Jennifer to win the Democratic Senatorial primary. We need a whole lot more progressive women in government. Women's rights are being slowly eroded. The #1 culprit ... mostly those pesky conservative males in government."
-
Note: Ladies, you better wake up smart (and support and vote for progressive women), or you will wake up barefoot, pregnant, and at the mercy of men who only want you to look pretty, cook, clean, and service their every whim and need. Wake up!

I genuinely appreciate your frustration however channel your passion in an effort to make a difference. The “club” in D.C. appears to have raised the bar in terms of self serving behavior focused on securing political contributions. This Vigilant Grandpa maintains that we all need to hold our “representatives” accountable for their actions and in many cases, lack of action and send them a message that the “club” is in foreclosure.

I invite you to visit the vigilantgrandpa.blogspot.com as my passion for change stems from an attempt to make a difference on behalf of all grandchildren. Grab your passion and make a difference. Do not let them win!
